President Snow has creepy blood breath. Why? Lots of people have a whole load of answers. On morrisyabookclub.blogspot.com the fact that he may have internal injuries was discussed. It was decided, though, that he would've died of these injuries. (And he seems to be living an awful long time.) It was also said that if he turns out to be a vampire a lot of people would sue.
My answer to this question is that I think the blood breath is metaphorical. We aren't going to get a real answer. President Snow is bloodthirsty for the Hunger Games, therefore his breath has the smell of blood on it.
