How to Pronounce 'Cinna'

It's SIN-a.
(Boohoo..... I've been pronouncing it wrong for ages!)

According to the dictionary (or that page my class got in TLC) the correct pronunciation of the word 'Cinna' is SIN-a. Of course, in Italian "ci" is pronounced CHI, obviously not the case here.
