Has an issue about being with someone because of her history in Panem, the Seam, and the Games.
Has been friends with Gale since she was 12. Loves him, but only as a friend, at first. Is grateful, and stunned at Peeta. He saved her with the bread. Most people don't care about strangers. Only their own families. He saved her again many times after.
Knows he obviously loves her.
So basically emotionally attached to both of them very much.
Doesn't want to hurt either of them.
Gale:
Been friends with Katniss since he was 13.
We see Gale only as Katniss sees him, but can guess that he loves her with all his heart.
Hates Peeta.
Peeta:
Loved Katniss since he saw her first, so will do anything for her.
Is a very nice person, not Hunger Games material.
Doesn't hate Gale, is jealous of him.
Now that Peeta has been captured by the Capitol, Katniss has to make a choice. Gale and District 13, or Peeta and the rest of the Districts.

How to Pronounce 'Cinna'
It's SIN-a.
(Boohoo..... I've been pronouncing it wrong for ages!)
According to the dictionary (or that page my class got in TLC) the correct pronunciation of the word 'Cinna' is SIN-a. Of course, in Italian "ci" is pronounced CHI, obviously not the case here.
Kay, well, now that's cleared up...

Blood Breath
President Snow has creepy blood breath. Why? Lots of people have a whole load of answers. On morrisyabookclub.blogspot.com the fact that he may have internal injuries was discussed. It was decided, though, that he would've died of these injuries. (And he seems to be living an awful long time.) It was also said that if he turns out to be a vampire a lot of people would sue.
My answer to this question is that I think the blood breath is metaphorical. We aren't going to get a real answer. President Snow is bloodthirsty for the Hunger Games, therefore his breath has the smell of blood on it.

Panem History Book: The Rebellion
From the earliest days, after the floods and storms, the fires and wars that destroyed the continent formerly called "America" Panem had lived in peace and harmony. 13 districts all surrounding a bright beacon of hope, Capitol. For years they remained contented with each other, interacting in a friendly manner, the districts going about their industries, the Capitol reigning as the monarchs.
As the districts began to grow discontent, however, uprisings began to unsettle the peaceful community. The rebels recruited more and more people onto their side and the unsettlement spread further, faster. The uprisings mutated into a full-scale rebellion.
The Capitol, of course, did not take this lying down. They fought back. At first it seamed as though the Capitol's reign was about to come to an end, but how could the districts compare? Weakened by fatigue and hunger, hardly any facilities and materials to create weapons, no knowledge of what they were fighting. The Capitol began winning.
Top scientists created muttations, more commonly known as mutts, to stalk the districts either instilling fear in the citizens or to gather information against the rebels. One specific type of mutt that is well know is called the Jabberjay. Jabberjays are a type of bird that can listen and retain the exact pitch and words of a person. They then would fly back to the Capitol and repeat what the rebels had been discussing.
The rebellion was soon over and 12 districts were defeated. One district, 13, however was obliterated to serve as a message that the Capitol was not to be crossed. This and the Hunger Games.
